Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – approx. 10am - 4pm (with flexibility)
Team Mark LeRoy at Elite Pacific Vacations is seeking a reliable and organized Property Support Assistant to help with errands, shopping, parcel pickups, inventory management, and assisting our team with various property management tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
-Errands & Shopping: Shop for and pick up property supplies and guest amenities
-Parcel Pickup & Delivery: Collect and deliver mail and packages between homes
-Supply Auditing: Monitor and submit resupply requests for consumable items
-Property Support: Assist with property tasks, such as moving packages and supplies
-Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and assist as needed
Requirements:
-Must reside in Kailua Kona or surrounding areas
-Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
-Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly (occasionally 50 pounds)
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, email, text messaging)
-Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
