Job Type: Full-time (4 days/week, 8 AM–5 PM)

Location: Maui (with occasional travel to Hilo, Big Island)
Compensation: $65,000/year + FREE housing, full benefits, and 3 weeks PTO

What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-on repairs – Plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and general maintenance
Renovations & improvements – Demolition work, minor construction, and property upgrades
Routine inspections – Work with management to spot and fix issues before they grow
Material transport – Handle dump runs and supply pickups as needed
Keeping things organized – Maintain a clean, efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and demolition
Must own a truck (for dump runs and transporting materials)
Prior maintenance experience (photos of past projects encouraged!)
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Already based on Maui
References required (from past employers or clients)
Bonus: We also own a property in Hilo, so occasional travel to the Big Island for projects would be a plus!
