About the Role: General Field Laborer
As a General Field Laborer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that fresh produce makes its way from the fields to tables across the globe. This position that requires dedication, a love for routine work, and a passion for working with nature.
You will:
Participate in harvesting, collecting, and processing plant materials.
Contribute to a team dedicated to producing high-quality produce.
Have the opportunity to grow within the company and join a union after 100 days, with opportunities for additional training and higher-paying positions.
