We’re hiring dependable Move-In / Move-Out Cleaners to join our growing cleaning team! Work with a company that values quality, professionalism, and teamwork. This position is responsible for deep cleaning vacant rental units before move-ins and after move-outs. You’ll follow a detailed checklist to ensure every unit is spotless and ready for the next tenant.
Location: Kapolei – Multiple Sites
Pay: Competitive pay per unit or hourly (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible hours | Full-time / Part-time / On-call

Responsibilities include:
Deep cleaning all rooms in vacant units
Cleaning windows and tracks
Scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms top to bottom
Pulling out and cleaning behind appliances: refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer
Cleaning inside/outside cabinets and drawers
Vacuuming carpets and mopping all floors
Removing all trash and reporting any damages
Following a detailed move-out cleaning checklist

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift and move appliances (team assistance available)
Cleaning experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Available for weekday and occasional weekend shifts
