JOB TITLE: Maintenance Associate
LOCATION: Waikiki (TEMP TO HIRE)
Pay: $17/hr.
Job Description:
- Work schedule for training - Monday to Friday 6.00 AM to 2.30 PM
- After training is completed, we are looking for a possible changing schedule including weekends which can be discussed later.
Qualifications:
- Must be people-oriented, congenial, and pleasant with all persons encountered on the job.
- Good judgment, common sense, and composure must be maintained under pressure and unusual circumstances.
- Physically fit and able to do normal lifting and landscaping and custodial duties, etc.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Punctuality and good attendance are mandatory.
- Supervision: Workers must be able to work supervised and sometimes unsupervised.
- Skill Level: Basic Skill Level requires lite maintenance skills and janitorial.
- Have good judgment and common sense while working. Basic (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and janitorial skills).
