We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance tech supervisor opening in Waikoloa, Hawaii located on the BIG ISLAND. This will be for cleaning and maintenance of a retail shopping center.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
