Housekeeping

Looking for a reliable, responsible and on time housekeeper for the cleanliness and safety of the building and property. You must be able to climb stairs and ladders, take down elevator pads by 4pm, vacuum and shampoo the walkways of all floors, clean trash chutes and rails on all floors and lobby area, take care of the landscaping in and front of the building. Replenish your cleaning supplies and report to the Admin Assist of any supplies that are low to be reordered. Clean the elevator and glass windows. Buffer and paint the lobby floors. Monitor your surroundings and check all storage and electrical rooms to be organized and have a clear path. Days and hours may vary. Please send your resume with three references.
