Looking for a dependable, honest, hard-working team member willing to bust their butt daily. Must be highly motivated, adaptable to a wide variety of changing work tasks, possess an eagerness to learn, able to work under a variety of environmental conditions (especially heat). Most days are physically demanding. Must be a positive, passionate, motivated, self-directed individual able to work well with fellow staff, communicate respectfully, take pride in their work and take care of equipment as if it were their own.

Not going to lie. The work is hard! It’s hot! We love, appreciate, and value our team members but you won’t get a daily trophy or reward for just showing up and doing your job.

You aren’t maintaining a garden at someone else's house, or picking pineapple for others to eat. You’ll be helping to build a legacy for Hawaii, for the next generation – helping to plant native/endemic Hawaiian trees, removing invasives, and managing a bio-diverse native/endemic forest!
