Maui Floral is hiring individuals - both part time and full time - to add to our team of delivery drivers. We deliver our flowers and lei from our warehouse on Makani Road to Maui Florists, Supermarkets and to Air Cargo. We have routes that include Central Maui, UpCountry, Kihei/Wailea and Lahaina/Kapalua.
Our team starts at 7.30 am loading vans with flower buckets and boxes and installing the flowers into Pukalani Superette, Costco and Target and we are setting up deliveries to locations across the island. We also pick up flowers at farms in Kula. At the Makawao location, duties include receiving flowers, making boxes, cleaning up and helping other to pack flowers. We have full time positions and part time shifts available in the morning and afternoon. This is a good job for retirees, people who live nearby.
We deliver flowers everyday including weekends and are extra busy prior to the floral intensive holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's Day and Graduation. We need people who are safety oriented, with a valid driver's license, can lift a 45lbs box, be comfortable driving different size vans and working in a team setting.
