Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hard-working candidate for a Facilities Maintenance Technician position to start in beautiful Kaneohe. The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is to maintain a clean, safe and overall efficient operation of the grounds while providing a child-centered environment for families, staff and guests. This position is also responsible for directing and coordinating ground maintenance, including scheduling repairing and services to the facilities, grounds, and agency vehicles.
Facilities Maintenance Technician highlights:
$16-$20 an hour DOE
Monday to Friday, open availability to weekends
8:00am to 6:00pm , open to flexible shifts
Located in Kaneohe
What we look for in a Facilities Maintenance Technician :
At least (6) years of recent experience in grounds maintenance, using standard and industrial equipment, basic gardening/landscaping, carpentry, and electrical/mechanical knowledge
Maintains the cleanliness and safety of facility, grounds, equipment, and agency vehicles by following standards and procedures
You must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 Lbs
Contributes to the company success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
