Great Opportunity – Custodian/Maintenance (Full-Time Day Shift)
Full-time Custodian/Maintenance wanted for AOAO Leisure Heritage, a condominium complex in Waikiki. Must be dependable, work independently, be a team player, have good communication skills, a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn and be a part of a dynamic team!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
DAILY
o SPOT SWEEP PARKING AREAS, ALL FOOT TRAFFIC AREAS
o CLEAN LOBBIES, GLASS, FLOORS, ELEVATORS, POOL BATHROOMS
WEEKLY
o MOP ELEVATOR FLOORS, CLEAN DEBRIS FROM GUTTERS/DRAINS
o CLEAN POOL FURNITURE AND HOSE DECKS
o CLEAN TRASH ROOM AND DISINFECT DUMPSTER ROOM
o MOP AND VACUUM ALL FLOORS AND STAIRWELLS
o WATER PLANTS, PICKUP LEAVES/TRASH, CUT GRASS
o WEED PLANERS AND BEDS
MONTHLY
o STRIP AND WAX ELEVATOR FLOOR
o CLEAN LIGHT FIXTURES
o WIPE DOWN VENTS ON ALL FLOORS AND STAIRWELLS
o TRIM PALMS, BUSHES, TREES
Experience:
1-2 years of custodial/maintenance experience for condominium

Compensation:
$20/hour with increase after 90-day probation
