Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Team Member to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests. This position involves both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks, supporting the upkeep of courts, restrooms, common areas, and general facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties across the property, including restrooms, clubhouse, courts, and shaded areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces as needed
Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste
Tidy and organize seating areas, tables, and equipment under shade structures and throughout the grounds
Monitor and restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred, but not required
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual labor throughout the shift
Flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
