South Kona Condominium Association is currently seeking an engaging and energetic candidate to fill an opening as the full-time Maintenance Person. Prefer someone with previous property maintenance experience but also open to candidates who bring similar skills and a dedicated willingness to grow.

Job Description and Requirements:
The Maintenance person performs all general property and facilities maintenance duties under supervision of the Resident Manager and Board of Directors. The work should be performed in a manner which ensures overall owner and management satisfaction and optimum property presentation.
Those duties include but are not limited to:
Minor repair of common area elements to include buildings, structures, storage and utility rooms, walkways, common area lighting and more. The maintenance person is responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, walkways, parking areas, dumpster areas, storage rooms, tennis courts and swimming pools. The Maintenance Person must also maintain property owned tools and materials in good working order and in organized fashion.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge in cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and electrical repairs.
We are seeking a SELF STARTER, someone who is detail oriented, neat and organized and demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity. The Maintenance Person frequently interacts with owners and guests and must maintain a pleasant, can-do attitude at all times.
This is a full-time position, available immediately, for an individual dedicated to making our property their top priority.
