Coffee Pickers Wanted!
Ever wanted to gain experience on a coffee farm first hand? To learn and experience what goes into your delicious cup of coffee every morning? And to work outside one day per week on the beautiful slopes of Haleakela? And drink as much coffee as you like while doing it?
O’o Farm want to offer you the opportunity to be an integral part of our seed-to-cup process. Once a week, we grab our buckets and head out into the coffee orchards to select the ripest little red coffee cherries, then take them back to the roastery to process, do some quality control and de-pulp the coffee, a process very few people get the opportunity to see.
You’ll be working alongside our orchard manager who will give you clear instructions and help you with any questions, and get to work alongside our experienced farmers. Its physical work but very rewarding, you’ll be required to lift and carry buckets of cherries and be comfortable walking on uneven terrain.

This job involves bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, walking on uneven and steep terrain.
