The predominant purpose of the job is wet mill labor to include processing coffee cherry from cherry form to parchment. Must be able to:
- Work in wet, hot, and loud conditions
- Lift heavy loads upward of 100 pounds
- Ability to operate barrel and box style dryers and other heavy machinery
- Ability to operate a forklift (prefer prior training on a forklift, but are wiling to train the right person)
Other duties may include roasting coffee, packaging coffee, coffee tours, and deliver of green or roasted coffee in various quantities and weights. Attention to detail is a must as well as ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Potential to move to full time by mid August.
