Short term rental company is looking for the perfect caretaker to do it all!
Responsibilities include looking over the home and handling any small maintenance issues. Cleaning the home in-between guests avg 2 times per week. Taking trash out, Stocking the house and being able to stop by if an emergency.
Most importantly is communicating with guests if any home issues arise.
Excellent opportunity for the right couple or a super go getter.
