Compensation: $350 per guest clean, 40/ per hour for any maintenance or other items for the home or guests
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Maintenance Worker to manage the upkeep of a rental property in Milolii Mauka. The property is rented out with a minimum stay of 30 days, and we require someone who can maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the property after each guest stay, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
Trash Removal: Remove trash and recycling weekly, ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of according to local regulations.
Maintenance: Address any maintenance issues that arise during guest stays, including but not limited to basic repairs, changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and ensuring appliances are in working order.
Guest Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to any guest needs or requests during their stay.
Supplies Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essentials as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cleaning and/or maintenance work preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation to and from the property.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
