1) Maintenance/Janitorial Supervisor - Location: Kakaako: This position located at a condominium building. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

2) Maintenance Technician - Downtown, Honolulu:
We have two full-time Maintenance Technician opening in Downtown Honolulu at a multistory office building. Applicants must have good customer service skills, knowledge of basic: building maintenance, electrical, lighting, plumbing and HVAC systems. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders and to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
A) Maintenance Tech

- Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat; 1pm- 9pm (employee training begins from 7am-3:30pm)
