Small resort property.We are seeking an all around building technician. Care of exterior surfaces, pressure washing, care of stone and tile, Ipe and finished wood. If you have more advanced skills we have projects for you. We are a small cross trained team looking for another team member that fits our program. We offer a competitive package including 401k. This is a (30)-(40) hour position. We are flexible on schedules. We work on one location.
