Yard service company now hiring.
We do very simple yard maintenance which include mowing, weed whacking, blowing, hedging, raking, weeding/detailing, loading green waste and hauling.
Most jobs are in Princeville.
compensation: $40,000-60,000+/year.
Paid every Friday
MUST BE:
Reliable
Independent and self motivated.
Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from jobs (trucks are a plus and you get paid more).
Must have a reliable phone to communicate about work.
Must know how to weed whip, blow, hedge, rake, weed.
Must be a team player, presentable and have a positive attitude.
Must be teachable.
STARTING PAY and PAYSCALE:
LEVEL 1 $25 for trial period to see if it's a good fit for both sides and until learning account(s) which take about a couple weeks, maybe less.
TOOLS REQUIRED:
-Rake
-Can or Tarp
-Sickel
-Hula Hoe (I have if need)
LEVEL 2
$27 TOOLS REQUIRED:
Every level 1 requires plus:
-Weed whacker
-Blower
-Hand pole saw
-Can haul small Green waste from jobs and when need pull my small 5x8 trailer (paid extra for each load).
LEVEL 3 $29-30
Same as level 2, you're reliable, learn account(s), clients like your work.
Could get to level 3 within a couple weeks.
There's more room to grow if the work is really solid for awhile and consistant.
