What You’ll Do:
Source, attract, and engage passive and active candidates for direct hire roles across multiple industries
Build relationships with local businesses and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and culture
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer negotiation
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and your own network to identify top talent
Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS/CRM (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
Provide market insight, candidate feedback, and consultative support to clients
Deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Who You Are:
A self-starter who knows how to work independently and hit goals
Experienced in direct hire recruiting or agency staffing (2+ years preferred)
Passionate about people and driven by results
A strong communicator who can build trust quickly
Knowledgeable of or connected to the Big Island job market
Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
