Maui Bridges, an agency provider of waiver services, is seeking a service supervisor/admin assistant to join our team!
Ideal candidates will work as part of a team in an office setting, providing administrative support for team members, clients and families with autism and other developmental disabilities. Duties will include scheduling, hiring, training, as related to client service planning. The ideal candidate will have a drive to work in an environment that caters to individuals with special needs and how best to make their lives to have best outcomes. Ideal candidate will have strong communications skills along great writing skills. It is preferred that this candidate have the capacity to work satisfactorily in an office setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team office environment, review billing records, attend team meetings, and make phone inquiries as needed as relating to client plans and services.
Requirements are as followed:
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years office and/or supervisory experience; preferably relating to work as an office admin and/or biller, or supervisor, having the capacity to be able to understand guidelines and service plans as relating to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Candidate requires a 4 year college degree, pass a background check and provide a tb clearance.
Prior administrative experience writing quarterly reports, hiring, and training a team on case protocols is preferred.
