Maui Bridges, an agency provider of waiver services, is seeking a service supervisor/admin assistant to join our team!
Ideal candidates will work as part of a team in an office setting, providing administrative support for team members, clients and families with developmental disabilities. Duties will include scheduling, client in-takes, hiring, training, and supervision and/or oversight of a client’s support plan. The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills along with strong written skills, along with the capacity to work in a high paced setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team office environment, review billing records, make phone inquiries regarding delinquent accounts, effectively plan and/or advocate for client services using established guidelines while working in collaboration with other team members as needed.
Requirements are as followed:
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years office and/or supervisory experience; preferably relating to work as an office admin and/or biller, or supervisor, having the capacity to be able to understand guidelines and service plans as relating to assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Candidate requires a 4 year college degree, pass a background check and provide a tb clearance.
Prior administrative experience writing quarterly reports, hiring, and training a team on case protocols is preferred.
