Roselani Place is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant for our amazing senior assisted living community.
Qualifications:
- Drivers License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Building Maintenance: 2 years
Responsibilities:
Knowledge in maintenance as needed, but not limited to
- Appliance troubleshooting/repair
- Cable/Wi-Fi troubleshooting/repair
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting/repair
- Light plumbing: toilet, faucet and minor pipe repair
- Window screen repair and replacement, sheetrock repair when needed
- Painting including preparation, sanding, color matching
- Lock repair and adjustment
- Follow through on assigned maintenance tasks on a timely matter as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager
- Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships with team members, residents and management in the healthcare community
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holidays
$20.00/hr
