The Location:

Hale Kupuna Heritage Home is an 84-bed skilled nursing and intermediate long term care center in Omao, on the island of Kauai. Nestled in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, residents enjoy the natural, lush, green surroundings, while benefiting from the services we offer.

The Position:

We're looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to help us with providing professional nursing care to residents following established policies and procedures of the facility.

Our Registered Nurse (RN) conducts accurate physical assessments of residents, determines their needs and implements appropriate interventions to meet those needs.

Registered Nurses (RN) collaborate with physicians, consultants, and agencies to improve quality of services and to resolve identified problems.

Registered Nurses (RN) administer and maintain inventory of resident medications/treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures.

Registered Nurses (RN) oversee care delivery by CNAs

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Hawaii.

Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviation.
