Partner with BAYADA to become an RBT:
Fully PAID training to prepare you to become a nationally certified Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) (includes exam reimbursement)
Up to 80 hours of classroom and hands-on learning to use applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients learn and grow
Responsibilities for a BAYADA Behavior Technician includes:
Work directly with clients and follow the established service plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families and school staff. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of families and school staff.
Implement behavior therapy techniques.
Document interventions and progress towards goals
Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.
Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the client acquire and maintain skills and to help meet identified goals.
Provide training and/or support to the client in interpersonal skills, the development and maintenance of personal relationships, and in living in their community.

Qualifications for a Registered Behavior Technician:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or the desire to pursue certification (paid for by BAYADA)
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred
Be at least 18 years of age
Registered Behavior Technician and Trainee roles available to start immediately, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
Locations We are Hiring: Kailua-Kona, Hilo, Pahoa, Volcano, and surrounding areas on the Big Island
Type: Flexible scheduling to match the client needs, for Part time positions, may work up to full time
Pay: Weekly; $25-32 based on experience;
