Responsible for leading and coordinating Hana Health’s Mai e ʻAi Food as Medicine Programs. The manager serves as the operational link between Hana Fresh kitchen/farm stand staff; clinical and administrative staff; and community partners, ensuring high-quality, culturally relevant services that improve the health of program participants and their families.
What You’ll Do
Ensure all program participants meet requirements.
Support program participants through enrollment, follow-up, and reminder systems.
Coordinate food distribution to program participants.
Track outcomes, maintain records, and support program evaluation and reporting.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and community partners to align services.
Participate in outreach efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Administration, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
Minimum 3 years of experience in health, nutrition, or food service program management.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with chronic disease prevention and community-based health programs.
Familiar with EHR and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
