The New Zealand Consulate Honolulu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our team in Honolulu. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with warmth and professionalism

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

- Support event coordination

- Assist with filing and data entry

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Cultural competency and respect for Hawaiʻi’s diverse communities

- Previous admin experience is a plus, but not required
