We're currently hiring Valet Attendants.
Company Overview:
We represent 4 Diamond and 5 Diamond properties throughout the state of Hawaii. We're looking for motivated team members interested in ground floor opportunity to become a valet attendant in the hotel hospitality industry.
Summary:
As a Valet Attendant one must assist our guests with Aloha and maintain a high standard of service and hospitality. We have an integrated approach to guest experience and that starts with our front of the house team. The role will cover valet and sometimes bell services. It is a great opportunity to hone your guest services skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Valid Driver's License
Hospitality, retail, or F&B experience
Open availability preferred Nights and AM shifts are available.
Positive and cheerful attitude, pleasant personality, enjoys meeting people from all over the world and enjoys helping others.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the point person for valet and bell services during your shift. This will include parking and retrieving guest cars and assisting guests with luggage.
Resolve guest issues in a calm and professional manner, providing solutions and making sure all guests have a 5-star experience.
Take ownership of the guest experience and delivery a personalized and memorable experience to each of our guests.
Engaging with guests to offer them an aloha experience from start to end.
Delivery anticipatory service by seeking to understand the guests needs.
Develop a relationship with guests and provide services & recommendations for dining, shopping, actives, taxi, shuttles, wake-up calls, etc.
Physical Demands:
These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the guest service agent position.
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
Able to crouch down and get in and out vehicles without issue.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time is available
Pay: Hourly + Tips nightly
Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Valet parking: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Princeville and Wailua.
