Seeking a professional sous chef for a contemporary Hawaiian restaurant.
Qualifications
- No tattoos may be visible on the face, head, neck or hands (anywhere below the wrist bone) and Employees shall be cleanly shaven below the groomed neckline.
- Ability to meet budgets including labor, food and applicable direct operating costs.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional high-quality food experience while also managing a profitable food operation
- Responsible for delivering consistently outstanding dishes while implementing safe food handling practices, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and managing food sales, food and supplies cost, and labor.
- Work in tandem with the restaurant manager to drive strategic direction of the restaurant.
