Sous-Chef

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Sous-Chef to support our Executive Chef in leading a dynamic kitchen. You’ll play a key role in menu development, staff supervision, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen operations and team leadership
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Collaborate on seasonal and signature menu planning
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in upscale kitchens or equivalent
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating
Passion for culinary innovation and excellence
Line Cook
Full-Time/Part-Time | Competitive Hourly Wages
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to bring precision and energy to our fast-paced kitchen. If you thrive under pressure and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organized station
Work closely with the kitchen team for seamless service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
1–2 years of line cooking experience in a upscale restaurant or equivalent
Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights/weekends
