Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The Server must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a thorough knowledge of the menu, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage choices.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
Prepare and present guest checks accurately and process payments.
Set up and clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
