Job Overview
We are a busy property management company looking for an organized and hardworking Full-Time Property Logistics Assistant to help with deliveries, inventory organization, and general field support. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, being on the move, and working independently.
Due to the physical nature of the work for this role, we are currently seeking a male candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Department:
· Organize and label delivery boxes in the office
· Pick up and deliver items such as packages, supplies from office to properties and vendors
· Keep storage areas tidy and properly stocked
· Coordinate daily tasks and priorities with the Inventory Management Coordinator and Project Manager
· Report any issues related to deliveries, access, or inventory promptly
· Drop off return packages to UPS, FEDEX, and USPS etc.
· Monthly checking and counting inventory via the software Sortly with the Inventory Management Coordinator
· New Units: bring inventory items to properties
· Inventory data entry on computer, for example, updating inventory items on Breezeway software
Project Management Department:
Organize and label deliveries from various vendors in the office
Pick up or deliver packages to properties and inspect packages for damage or discrepancies.
Escort vendors to the unit for delivering items
Conduct on-site checks of construction progress; report findings to the manager and liaise directly with contractors.
Report any issues related to deliveries, access, or inventory promptly
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable with physical tasks
· Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
· Proficient in computer, using Microsoft apps, Word, Excel and etc.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
· Prior experience in logistics, property support, hospitality, or maintenance
· Familiarity with using smartphone apps for task tracking, inventory and communication
