Since 1967, Original Magoo’s Pizza has been Hawaii’s go-to spot for mouthwatering pizza, hearty subs, and fresh salads. Our dine-in location in Kaimuki boasts a full bar, vibrant happy hour, and live music every Friday and Saturday (5:30 PM–8:30 PM). We’re hiring passionate Pizza Cooks, Cashier/Counter Servers and Bartenders to join our team at our bustling restaurant, open Monday–Thursday (2 PM–9 PM) and Friday–Sunday (12 PM–9 PM), with happy hour everyday until 6 PM. What We’re Looking For:
Pizza Cooks:
- Prepare and plate our signature pizzas, subs, and salads with precision and flair.
- Kitchen experience preferred; knowledge of food safety required (Hawaii Food Handler’s Card a plus).
- Bring creativity to keep our 58-year-old menu fresh and exciting.
Cashier/Counter/Bar:
- Handle in-person and phone orders with speed, accuracy, and aloha spirit.
- POS system experience a plus; must be comfortable with cash and card transactions.
- Keep the counter running smoothly during busy happy hours.
- Deliver top-notch service, pour drinks at our full bar (we’ll train you!), and clear tables in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Bartending or serving experience preferred; ability to upsell and multitask a must.
- Spread aloha to locals, tourists, and music lovers alike.
Requirements:
- Friendly, reliable, and upbeat team players with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant (we’re buzzing during happy hour and live music nights!).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain one).
- Bartending training provided; must be 21+ to pour alcohol.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
