We are looking for additional Pastry Assistants and experienced Bakery Helpers to join our team located at our Ritz-Carlton Waikiki Store!
Pastry Assistants - no experience required but willing and motivated to learn. The Pastry Assistant's main function is to assist the Pastry Chef in planning and executing the dessert menu items offered in our restaurant, cafe, and catering. It is the Pastry Assistant's responsibility that all desserts are consistent, meet company standards, and are presented to our customers at the highest level of quality.
Bakery Helper - at least 1 or more years of experience in baking. This role involves mixing ingredients, preparing doughs and batters, greasing and lining baking pans, and assisting in the decoration and packaging of finished products. The helper also ensures that all ingredients, tools, and surfaces are kept clean and sanitary at all times.
