Musicians:
Lead Guitarist/Vocalist– Starting Hourly Pay: $45.00/hr.
Bass Player/Vocalist – Starting Hourly Pay: $40.00/hr.
Interested Musicians must be able to sing vocal parts in a variety of Polynesian musical arrangements.
Bartenders:
Starting Pay: $18.93/hour + tips
Duties include prep for Nightly Luau, taking drink orders, checking guests for proper ID, follow procedures regarding drink sales and observe all liquor laws. Must be willing to obtain Honolulu Liquor Commission License and TB Clearance.
Sales Clerk/Cashier:
Starting Pay: $18.93 per hour
Duties Include promoting sale of merchandise, cashiering, and merchandising and running a satellite bar. Must be willing to obtain Honolulu Liquor Commission License and TB clearance.
First Aid/Lifeguard:
Starting Pay: $21.65 per hour
Paradise Cove is looking for a First Aid Responder/Lifeguard in our Beach Services Department. Applicant must be current with First Aid, AED, CPR, Ocean Rescue, and Lifeguard Certifications. Must be able to pass swim test.
Primary responsibilities are to observe and monitor areas near the ocean and around property. Treat all injuries and illnesses that arise. Stabilize serious injuries and illnesses while waiting for EMS to arrive.
Shifts starting times vary from 3pm-4pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and occasional shift changes to cover early events. Work is outdoors in all types of weather.
Canoe Paddlers:
Starting Pay: $18.93 per hour
Primary responsibility includes paddling an outrigger canoe for guests and other duties include setting up beach equipment for luau activities, water stations, briefing guests on safety and cleaning lifeguard shack.
Hours are from 3pm-7pm and must be able to work weekends and holidays with occasional shift changes to cover early events. Work is outdoors in all types of weather.
Security Guards:
Starting pay: $20.09 per hour
Security Guards are responsible for:
-Patrolling the luau grounds from one end of the property to the other and enforces security and safety policies. Paradise Cove is located on nearly 12 acres of property.
-The position requires both extended periods of standing or constant walking.
-Regulates parking, crowd control and traffic control.
-Maintains security logs and reports.
-Utilizes and maintains radios used in communication with other security personnel.
-Regulates area lights and does routine checks on buildings and equipment.
-Notifies management of any unusual concerns.
-Assist in any other emergency situation under the direction of your supervisors.
-Hours are primarily from 245pm-11pm. Must work weekends and holidays. May require working earlier shifts to cover day events. Work is outdoors in all types of weather.
