MYTH Legendary Kitchen, serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine, launched in December 2023, and our success has sparked something new. In May 2025, we’re expanding with a second truck: SoKai Pacific Rim, right next door to MYTH, bringing Asian fusion to the table.
This is the perfect job for a self-starter who thrives in a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen. Our systems are tight, our recipes are dialed-in, and our environment is focused yet supportive.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years line/grill experience (food truck or fast-casual)
Clean, fast, and consistent execution
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry’s best practices
