Role-
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hanalei, HI, for an Assistant Manager MOD with shifts at Hanalei Dolphin and B's Kitchen in Princeville. The Assistant Manager MOD will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, training new employees, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role will also involve assisting in inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Salary range from $78,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year. This position includes health insurance, discounts, paid time off, and an opportunity to grow with the company.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in inventory management and scheduling
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
