A great and unique opportunity is available for the right person. We are seeking a Food Manager to run the day to day operations of our pop up tent food events and manage stock levels for 3 locations.
Manager Duties
- Set up and run at least 5 events a week
- Manage stock for 3 business’s
- Manage staff to work side by side at events
- Maintain permitting (in house training provided)
- Find opportunities for new events
- Manage prep for events and work alongside Waikīkī location manager to aid in prep
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
Compensation
- 1 bedroom apartment located in Waikiki for 60% discount off rent
- Flat rate of 80per event of 6 hours or less, or 100of 7 hours or more
- 5% of combined net profit bonus per month ($500-$1500)
- tips ($50-$150 per event)
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years in a food establishment supervisory/managerial position experience
- Valid drivers license
- Preferably has own vehicle
- Available nights/days/weekends
