Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to Roy’s high standards of quality and presentation
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor and portioning
Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
Assist with prep work, station setup, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Collaborate with the culinary team to provide a top-tier dining experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a professional kitchen
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
