We have a farm and distillery with one of the highest rated restaurants on the island.
We are looking for someone to join our team and grow with us.
We are dynamic kitchen that does the following:
1. Nightly service from our core menu including farm breads (pizza), salads, poke, burgers, 16 oz Ribeye, catch of the day, and other made from scratch items
2. Large events with passed pupus, prime rib carving station, sushi rolling station, and high end offering like A5 Wagyu.
3. Lunch pairings with sommelier and chef curated upcountry food and cocktail pairings.
4. A soon to roll out Omakase style lunch offering
We specialize in:
1. Local fresh fish and proteins (we butcher whole fish and loins of beef)
2. We have multiple gardens we harvest from
3. We partner with local farms, orchards, and a hydroponic farm
