PBCB is looking for Line Cooks
Line Cook experience is preferred for the position but willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
-Must know how to read and execute recipes accurately
-Must be efficient in time management
-Able and willing to take direction from Executive & Sous Chef and execute correctly
-Work well with others in a team environment
-Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
-Consistant positive attitude
-Must be punctual and maintain high attendance
-Must be flexible with scheduling and hours.
