Role Description
This is a full-time or part time role as a Line Cook at Cafe Mambo Paia. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to Mambo's recipes and standards. You will also assist with food preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role is an on-site position at our restaurant in Paia, HI.
Qualifications
-Experience in a professional kitchen or culinary school education
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
-Food Handling Certificate
-Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
-Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
