We have 2 positions available:
Cook/Prep $15/hr + Tips (Tip Daily)
Duties include:
Plating raw meats
Light cooking-mandoo, fried rice
Cutting meats and vegetables
Open to washing dishes if no dishwasher on shift
Kitchen Lead/Manager- $DOE
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Willingness to perform other duties as needed to support the business.
We are considering joining Uber Eats and DoorDash once we get a menu for takeout(That’s where you come in)
We are a Yakiniku style restaurant, so as of now we do not have a takeout menu, so feel free to express your culinary skills and build a menu as well as weekly/monthly meat specials.
