Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall execution and oversight of food preparation, cooking, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels for the restaurant’s daily operations. Additionally, the manager is responsible for understanding the business needs and communicating with the service workers off and on-site. The Kitchen Manager oversees the location kitchen staff while working under the supervision of the Executive Chef and General Manager.
