Requirements
Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager
Proven customer service experience as a BOH manager
Extensive food knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes
Familiarity with restaurant management software
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
