We are excited to announce the opening of a new upscale casual Japanese restaurant in the heart of Waikiki and are seeking experienced and passionate bartenders to join our team. If you have a love for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to be part of a brand new restaurant.
Position: Bartender
Location: Waikiki, Honolulu, HI
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including traditional Japanese drinks and unique house specials.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Collaborate with the team to create new drink menus and seasonal specials.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience, preferably upscale environment.
Knowledge of Japanese spirits and sake is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years old.
