Housekeeping Position for Short-Term Rentals (Hilo) Keaukaha

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person for Management/housekeeper. Position is available immediately. You will be trained and evaluation period to follow. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our short-term rental properties for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Lawn mowing (with riding mower) every 10 days or as needed
Weekly trash/garbage disposal with company truck
Weekly Pool cleaning
Monthly herbicide spraying for weeds
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and common areas
Changing bed linens and towels as needed
Restocking bathroom and kitchen amenities
Dusting and vacuuming as needed
Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the owner.
Requirements:
Experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Skilled in managing pressure effectively
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

must be available by phone/text for guests operating hours are 8 am - 9 pm
Pay:
$1400 monthly and Studio with private bathroom room to live On-Site. (This is for Single-occupancy person, drug-free, non-smoking , no animals or no use of property for own personal use/gatherings.)
