Position Overview:
Hourly Rate: $27-$29/hr with Tips
Join our team where you can earn a competitive base rate of $22 per hour, plus average tips ranging from $5 to $7 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operation and ensure food quality and consistency.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff;; manage scheduling and workflow.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and inventory levels.
- Assist with menu planning and collaborate with front-of-house team.
Qualifications:
- Proven kitchen leadership experience, ideally in a casual dining setting.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paces environment.
- Culinary training is a plus, but not required.
