Waikiki Heritage Hotel, located off Beachwalk in the heart of Waikiki, is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Front Office Agent to join our amazing Front Office team.
Guest Service Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Waikiki Heritage Hotel as a Guest Service Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
The hourly range for this position is $20.00
